everyone* serves them together. there's no excuse for poached eggs to exist at all, but even fried eggs don't really work.
whipped feta. now, that's a thing. perinaise or lime and chili. fine. but..... egg? they really don't complement each other. choose one or the other. halloumi and grilled tomato - that's a combination that works. egg and avocado are just two nice, healthy things. I'm not even on a train. |

I had a lovely everything wholemeal bagel with avo, chili and fried eggs for lunch. but... they are not crying out for each other. |

I love avocados. I'm still not convinced by the whole poached egg approach, but then I don't like poached eggs. so, I have tried it with fried eggs (which I love) and scrambled eggs (which I love). and it still doesn't work. I just don't think eggs and avocado go together. |
