Most us us had or played one of these back in the 80's. Did you own any patricularly shit games for it?

The classic Moon Patrol

Inherited my cousins Atari, one of the older versions with the wooden side panels, played this to death. The tune still pops into my head on odd occasions.

I stole my friend's copy when we were kids. Always had to hide it when he came round to my house.

VCS Boxing was another abortion of a game.

Smurf - you had to jump on stepping stones, hop fences and dodge dangly spiders (you had to do it for f***ing hours at a time obviously ;-})

Riddle of the Sphinx - scroll up the screen for f***ing hours picking up stuff, some of which was good.

Them silver boxed f***ers that all looked ace but were actually utter shite - Empire Strikes Back was especially bad.

I bought an Atari about 10 years ago off eBay, convniced myself it it would be brilliant. Paid about £50 for original wooden console, paddles, controllers and about 30 games.

SHITE.

Been in a box in the attic ever since.

Don't go there, just play your PC/XBox/PS4.

Got the original VCS(the wooden looking one)for XMAS back in 1980 and had the original pong game a few years before
