Tbf I cant believe anyone truly thought this. You have to start 11 players unfortunately, even if some are £#%&!ing dog shit. Pereira will be £#%&!ed off to real sociedad or something in the summer, Pogba will be sat outside Madrids training ground waiting for a bid to put in even though they dont really want him that much. But a midfield 3 of Mctominany, Fred and Fernandes is lining up quite nicely

Either get smalling back or a new centre half and a striker and we suddenly look ok as far as the first choice team go. Still any injuries next season potentially puts us back in this position. Ideally 3 or 4 signings in the summer to mitigate that.

and still pass it out from the back - i don't think so...he looks like a circus contortionist when he tries to play a simple 15 yard pass.

I may have told him how he can improve, yes.

Can't confirm, however.

Ole "Lets be honest, who breaks down Wolves?"

Wolves conceded goals in every one of their last 9 prem games until yesterday.

Yup and this season averaging 1.4points per game and if that continues we'll finish with 52 points.

Phenomenal progress. Only 30 points less than we finished with in 2017/18

Thats standard procedure these days.

Cant win at home - beat united at home
No win in ages - beat united
Player not scored in 100 years - scores against united
Cant keep a clean sheet - clean sheet vs united

Let’s not forget the standard:

Not won at Old Trafford since pre World War I - win at Old Trafford

My favourite is the old 'player marking his birthday by scoring against Utd at Old Trafford' one

The pre world war 1 stats are the most damming tbh.

I think the evidence of our last five league games suggests a mid-table finish at best this season......unless we appoint an actual manager of course
