I've got a feeling Everton may actually get something today.

(cue them being 4-0 down at half time)

Everton have spent more money than United since last summer. Let that sink in.

3rd highest spenders on transfers after City and Chelsea.

No wonder Ings is always injured with that tackling technique Did he go to the same soccer school as Jack Wilshere?

Only just switched on, was expecting 0-5 tbh

So since Jan 2017 or maybe summer ‘16.

Since is past tense (pedant)

Isn't the point they've spent more this season to create this load of shit?

They're really awful.

Koeman built a horribly unbalanced side.

Liverpool should not be winning this game, but they will second half.

That is precisely my point. Thanks for being the only one to pick up on it.

Manchester United are the only premier league team who are judged by what they've spent. Everyone else gets a free reign.

Chelsea have had a disastrous season, despite spending just a couple of million less than Manchester City. Yet the amount they've spent is never used as a stick to beat Conte with. In fact nobody seems to care that they're 5th and 9 points adrift of a champions league spot and we're constantly told that Abramovich won't bank roll them any more.

They didn’t have much choice, really, they lost their top scorer and number 1 striker. As we saw with Spurs and Bale, Liverpool and Suarez etc. You can’t just spend it and everything carry on as it was before. Takes a season or so before it starts to settle down. They’ve signed players that are good ages and have their best in front of them mainly, not Rooney and Walcott obvs.
