They’ve got to run it past UEFA first because of the ownership of PSG.

I get that feeling too although it is just an extension of the direction football has been heading towards for years so it is not a surprise. There was never going to be a 'good guy' to oust the glazers. It begins with overseas billionaire businessmen buying football clubs in order to tap into a major global brand and market which gives them overnight greater revenue, profits, PR and relevance. Without having to lift a finger themselves. Next you have states who take it to the next level of using the name of an iconic club to engage in sports washing. It is what it is. You look at Barcelona and how they never had a shirt sponsor in their history until 2006. Then they broke that trend by having Unicef on their shirts with the club paying the charity to display the logo rather than the other way round. That gave them additional moral high ground for a few years until they succumbed to the riches of Qatar.

they are 100% selling to Qatar and the deal was done before the World Cup.

All this "bidding" is nonsense.

I like the cut of your jib.

No coincidence that Avram was seen greasing palms out there.

Just need our new overlords to sort out a cut-price Mbappe deal as an early sweetener.

You’d like to think they’d have a look at the possibility before they bid. As usual United sell the most papers so let’s write anything and everything about them

Why is there no mention of Big Jim owning Nice?

I get we’re very unlikely to meet in Europe etc but there’s still be a conflict of interest there.
