Can't wait for the eulogising and fawning over this rag-tag mob of plucky underdogs who've defied the odds to reach a champions league final.

More likely to be on the phone asking for his old job back.

they'll win it but honestly not that arsed. it was bound to happen eventually, more expected than the two times i've seen liverpool win it in my lifetime(), chelsea who are a similar club to city in terms of owing their success to a sugar daddy have already won it, and as always, because it's not at our expense no one will care outside of their fanbase.

plus, nothing they do will ever top the aguero vs. qpr goal, or beating us 6-1, in terms of being absolute sickeners.

Over two legs that was the most pathetic champions league semi final performance i can remember since probably Arsenal in 2009.

They shouldn’t even be in the competition the cheating @#%&!s

Oh well they were always going to win one eventually especially with the absolute state of European football

At least they scored 3 goals over the two legs ffs. And let's take into account the fact that Ajax's entire squad probably cost about the equivalent of one of neymar's legs.

Given that PSG got to the final last year and are given such fanfare about Neymar and Mbappe, over the two legs that was nothing short of utterly embarrassing.

State of modern football, all that money in the game now and the product has never been worse.

both sets of semi finals in europe have been pretty £#%&!ing underwhelming haven't they.

The things that make this competition the acid test - the best players dealing with the pressure of the crowds in places like Rome, Paris and Madrid, the nerves that ripple round the stadium during the game, the noise and the sense of occasion....all gone. There's no sense of jeopardy or drama.

Next season can't come quick enough tbh.
