I've been tracking Locatelli since just before 9:30pm, and I have to say it's disgusting that we've not signed John McGinn and Harry Winks instead of not signing him.

An ideal replacement for djeko to be fair.

Verratti isn’t on the bench is he even in the Italy squad?

Injured. Hoping to be back for the knockout rounds.

Xhaka £#%&!ing reeks of Arsenal doesn’t he, the most useless midfield enforcer around, bleached blonde hair & puts in absolutely bugger all effort.

A @#%&!.

I half expect us to £#%&!ing sign him.

Armers mentioned it on Friday, but this lot don't want to kill games at 1-0 like a lot of Italian teams in the past.

2 mins to go in a game they're comfortably winning & they're still attacking. Same as on Friday.

Italy look good but the Swiss have nothing up front

They’re just relentless. They’ll get goals like that purely by wearing the other team down. Hard to see who could contain them. If anyone is going to beat them they’ll have to bag at least 2/3.

Loads of momentum, bags of attacking of quality that slots into a really good tactical approach, must be a nightmare to play against them. They’ll think they’re gods gift to football as well - will take a good team having a very good day to beat them.

Proper impressive side.

People getting a bit carried away imo. The Swiss are poor, and that Turkey side just got run ragged by Dan James and Ramsey.

Will reserve judgment until they play someone decent.

Ethers is right. They're decent but they've been given a real £#%&!ing stroll of a group.

Why I'm leaning more toward France, yesterday they looked menacing against a pretty good team.

Did enjoy Italy tonight but like you said, sterner tests to come.

I cannot wait to see Italy v someone decent tbh. It's not like they forgot how to defend. I hope Chiellini isn't out for long. I haven't liked an Italian side since 82.

One of my favourite games of all time:
