Exclamation Why did Harry Kane get an MBE?

Zero trophies for his club and country.

How's he got an MBE? Surely someone like Raheem Sterling is more deserving???

White privilege??

He's England Capt.
UK is desperate.

I note that Southgate has made Sterling one of his senior playing staff crew, charged with ensuring players get to meetings on time etc.

As long as he stays off the balloons/out of the tattooist, he'll be awarded an unmerited bauble soon enough.

Wants to play in the NFL as a kicker.
The @#%&!’s a Pats fan too.

Hope he does play. And first time he has to punt, he gets totally £#%&!ing cleaned out & is stretchered off.

Because as ever, the government need some gimmicks in the honours list to distract from all their mates getting unmerited baubles?

Wouldn't have to punt if he was a kicker, would he?

he should be playing for Ireland.

Kane was also eligible for the Republic of Ireland through his father, who was born in Galway, but in August 2014 he ruled out switching allegiance, saying that he wanted to break into the England senior team.
