Post Michael Owen

Anyone else think he will be £#%&!ed off in the summer?

Or is Fergie too proud to ship him off after a year?

Then they can put up another 'Welcome to Manchester' poster up with a picture of the Scouse midget sitting on our bench, chin in his hands.

They'd only have to sign somebody else, so the options are spend money or don't spend money. What do you think the answer will be?

if united score a goal that turns the season in the run-in there's a good chance it'll be owen that gets it

look at the goals he's already got against city, wolfsburg and barnsley and it's obvious he can still finish

the series of scuffed £#%&! ups makes me wonder if he's bent tbh

not that i'm paranoid or anything

may was playing for the other side in goteborg though wasn't he? and barthez at arsenal.

I'm sure Ferguson or Gill could find another relative to fill in for a while.

I think the scouse connection might have a little something to do with it.

No point getting rid.

He's on a pay-as-you-play deal. Admitedly he hasn't produced as some had hoped, he still has scored a few goals though and most of the time when he comes on he seems to get chances, despite scuffing most of them.

Unless Welbeck or Macheda are ready, which they won't be, it would only mean having to fork out for someone else.

Berba on the other hand, what is the point of him? He's a 30m Striker yet never plays in big games. Only ever see him at home to Stoke, Wigan, Burnley etc.

Both are not the long term answer, luckily we have Rooney!
