Always have a few doubts on these big nights but our boys have proved that they relish these occasions.

I love Rooney but I'm not annoyed he is out tbh. All that would happen is he'd play wing back all night, and it wastes him, where as now if we wanna push for an away goal we can put him on, he is some impact sub isn't he? Imagine seeing him coming off the bench if you're an Inter defender. Tevez as well.
I think for once Fergie hasn't hindered our flow to cater for someone. The team will have a very good flow with players in their correct positions, with Rooney at wing back I get the feeling Fergie is just hoping to come away without giving much away and see out the 90 minutes and wait for the 2nd leg. |
