Also managed to take up running after avoiding it forever. Nothing drastic, just a couple of miles on the way to the gym before a session twice a week, increasing a smidge each time and a couple of sets of treadmill sprints in the week too. Helped massively when playing football.

Started the year at 102kg, currently 95kg and a completely different shape

Having clothing issues though
love cloths issues

Never done that in my life. Did 130kg aged about 25. Now struggle with 100kg on a good day.

How tall are you? What's your weight? How big is your c**k?

Lost 4kg over past month or so. Diet mainly. Weirdly finding the less I exercise (weights in particular) the more weight I drop (maybe a fat v muscle thing - no idea tbh).

Now doing light weights sessions 3-4 times a week. Compliment this with cycling almost daily (weather is the decider), very occasional running and even less ocassional hiking.

Seems to be working out but would really like to drop another 2-3kg. Reckon 76kg my ideal weight right now.

Good going. What's your height? I'm 5 9 13 stone. Need to drop a stone.

I thought you were a big strong Irishman and it aroused me. There's blokes in my gym who can lift that easy. Tbh I thought the bit about the women feeling you up was balls and the bit about you having a wife was clearly made up.

If you wanna improve your bench stop doing 5x5 and start doing 3x10 with it. Switched it up when I plateaud and it really helped me push through (though I had to drop a couple of kg initially). I now do 5x10 personally but it took me a while to get there, but it might be worth doing 3x10 normal bench and then 2x10 close grip.
