If there was ever a player we wouldn't want back it would be this useless lump.

Its this idea that because he's scoring, it was a mistake to sell.

No.

He was always going to score plenty. Because he's a very good goal scoring. That wasnt why we sold him. He didnt fit in and we went in a different direction. A direction that has got 60+ goals between 3 players.

Him doing well and our correct decision to sell are not mutually exclusive.

The absolute size of this beast, and yet I never remember him bullying centre halves. Not once.

and yet i remember his sob story about having to eat his cornflakes with a fork so they could all share the milk (not that I'm passing judgement, genuienly pleased he escaped poverty)

Wouldn't that just mean more milk is left at the end? All contaminated with cornflake sugar run off?

If you're gonna take the milk, at least drink it. £#%&!ing REALLY glad we sold him now.

Don't think the milk grows exponentially pal although if it did it would make him a bastard genius tbf and I would whole-heartedly endorse his resigning

Isn't the fork so it runs through the prongs and into the bowl, thus leaving more milk in the bowl?

See, now he's causing us to argue, the Breakfast Bastard!

Moves like he's wearing skinny jeans.

Not a nice player.

Yes! i was just being an arse for comedic effect which i accept fails on every level

as bunks said, he watered the milk down so it went further, which isn't funny tbh - but its literally the only memory i have of him. I think the eating cornflakes with a fork was actually a line from kanye (we broke broke flat broke)

Would've easily taken those chances against sevilla

good luck to him at Inter. move was best for all parties..

We've yet to replace him though. Igahlo is Watford quality

Reckon Kanye would have been better than Lukaku tbf.

Ooh, he's confident...

Martial and co would usually take those chances too.

Lukaku was as bad as anyone for missed chances when he was here.

Just lazy journalism

Lukaku goals + Man U no goals x 24 hours apart = Man U baaaad.

yes his first touch at times was shocking but he seems like a good lad and good for a dressing room so no ill will with his move to Inter. That system seems to suit Lukaku well.

He's a confidence player always has been. When he's on a roll he's unstoppable, but when the confidence drains from him he looks dreadful.

also easier for Lukaku to bully one CB instead of dealing with two b/c Martinez is a hell of a talent to partner him up top

He scores goals and always will but he's an awful footballer. John Fashanu, Mick Harford and John Harston all scored goals but I wouldn't have wanted to watch their teams play.

Just as well Brian Kidd didn't get his way. Didn't Fergie want Harford?
