Top 4 has long gone mate. It's not mathematically impossible mate but half these maggots have downed tools and are playing with their bottom lip out. You've got no chance of beating any team of substance turning in the kind of stinking efforts our lot are.

Is it any wonder we're so £#%&!ed?
Ole one was Ole’s pick but you wouldn’t think so, the way some people on here go on.

That being the case, it's maybe not a bad strategy as the reactive way the club usually go about things has been nothing short of disastrous.
Don’t know if you’ve noticed but nobody has a big say apart from the owners or Woodward

Not gonna happen.

At this point they’re terrified of being stuck with another dud on a big contract.

I imagine there is a list of 20 potential midfield targets in the scouting department, some of who are very gettable but offer a risk in terms of judgement of ability, personality etc. We’ll dither, miss out on them and buy someone else that is completely wrong far too late in a fit of panic.

Nail on the head . With us it is always reactive rather than proactive . Even then the reaction comes about two windows late

We signed a player Jose didn’t want for 50 million ( Fred) . We also signed a player that ole didn’t want (VDB) for 40 million.

How does it get there ? How does the moron woodward sanction off nearly 100 million on players that the manager didn’t even want? Surely even from a. Financial point of view that’s bad for the glazers ?!

Everything that wood£#%&! touched turned to shit, but shirley with him being off, lessons will be/have been learnt and that is why Ralf is here as interim with a follow on contract of two years.

Villa have signed two players that will improve them in the week we last played them. Our recruitment team have probably thought the window is a good time to take some annual leave .

The more you think about how we are run the more depressing it gets. The majority of players we have don’t even want to try.

Zakaria plays for a team that isn’t in the champions league, has his contract run out in the summer. This shouldn’t drag out this long .

They want to buy him or Christensen from Chelsea, as both are in the last 6 months of their deals and would be cheap.

Imagine having someone doing the footballing business that knows what they’re doing.

can't be taking any chances for a WHOLE 5 million euros ffs, got to be careful.

Meanwhile here's 20 million quid for a couple of kids who'll never see the light of day at old trafford, 80 million quid on a bloke slower than a snail's funeral, and new contracts for injury prone squad shite.

There's no way we will pay £6m when we can insist on offering £18m.

I said it at the time pal - Pellestri and Amad signings were a £#%&!ing joke and as big a waste of money as any of the bigger names people bang on about. We were and are not in a position to waste money hoping someone might come good enough in 4 or 5 years. This team needs now.

The squad is also very very unbalanced and that doesn’t help especially when not playing well.

It really is not rocket science but the club £#%&! it up time and time again.

%@#$&!s.

The Amad and Pellistri signings are the type of buys we should be making regularly regardless, they shouldn’t have any impact on the spending for the first team. They should be bought, nurtured, loaned and either utilised or sold on for a profit, exactly as City and Chelsea have been doing for the last 5-10 years, subsidising their youth system and helping to offset the costs of signing players. The problem we have is that we don’t do it aggressively or efficiently enough.
