I think players running their contracts down is going to become more and more common tbh. Quite a few big names are available next summer and a fair few summer just gone too.

I wonder if players at the top end of the game will start asking for shorter contracts, nobody wants to be stuck like Kane

He had a "verbal agreement" - I repeat, a VERBAL AGREEMENT

Must be even thicker that we have imagined to put any actual trust in that.

He won't. Too much like hard work. Spain, Italy or PSG would be my guess.

We've been indulging him from the moment he arrived.

Ole seemed to have the belief that he could somehow make Pogba work out but it's been nothing short of a disaster. I'd say the pandering to Pogba has been a bigger noose around Ole's neck than Fred has.

Hope so, but so far it seems that we're tying even harder to get them in the team. Even Lingard for some reason. Either Ole again lacks ruthlessness or he is happily following his orders from above.

Won't sign? £#%&! off then.

They’re assets. If they sign contracts it’s better for the balance sheet and future transfer fees? £#%&!ed if I know

Pogba, Lingard, Mata, Matic, Beek, Cavani all gone by next summer, we might get a fee for Beeky. Mental.

Barca want Beeky on loan apparently send them Pogba.

At least Lingard wants to play for us, even if many wish he didn't.
