nope. he's not underrated. he is limited and small. it's like saying mata is underrated because he is slow and small.

we all know that he is not the player we need, but that he is trying his little hardest. watching him try to wrestle loftus-cheek yesterday was like watching a yorkie wrestling a bus.

I think he's rated about right. The best of the CMs (not including pogba as he's not really a cm)

But the compatition isn't great, matic is a has been and The Scottish Player is a never will be.

Fred and the guy Sabitzer from RB would be an excellent midfield.

The only thing he scores 7 or 8 with is the number of times he gives the ball away. He is steady but we need better than him at the club.

Probably passes it a lot more to some of the more 'talented' players who then proceed to give it away if we're being honest and analytical here

Credit to Ole and his staff for getting the absolute maximum out of the player, a theme we are seeing across the squad.

he does his job and he does it effectively for this team

pretty obvious he lacks certain consistencies in his passing game but credit to him as he works his socks off to defend and break up attacks

Been fantastic this season.

Him and Shaw are like two new signings this year.

He was probably favourite for player of the season last year before Bruno rocked up

That’s a great point tbf

The heroes of the 1980s like Robbo, Sparky, Norman etc. stood out because they were consistent even when playing with as bad a set of shit@#%&!s as we've ever had. Nothing to do with "compilations"
The likes of Donaghy, Ralphie, Leighton, Duxbury, Hogg were (rightly) absolutely hammered, not least by RedIssue.
