That doesn't prove much if anything on its own.

“It’s one I had pencilled in for him early on,” explained Ole. “I feel Dean is ready as well now to take these games on, because he’s played well when he’s played. David did really well against City, it’s not anything to do with that [form].”

I’d pencilled him in to play against his old club a while back. Logik.

He's not fit to lace de geas boots.

Another overhyped English guy and we should have cashed in, dave has another good 5 years in him.

You’re on a forum that is made up of some of the finest wums I’ve had the privilege of sharing pixels with. You absolutely must try harder. Play the long game.

I think it would've been offside anyway?

Yeah he’s growing on me.

I didn’t like his Joe Hart big %@#$&!s act to start with, but he’s settling with each game he plays. He has a presence that de gea doesnt and he couldn’t have done anymore tonight. Solid with everything and one big save.

Ole wasn’t giving much away about DDG, but he said “it’ll take as long as it takes” so I’ll reckon we’ll see him again Sunday. He deserves his chance. The one and only plus from tonight.

Nope he was well onside. Horrific defending from Wan Bissaka.

Was he really?

£#%&!!

Big Deano

Loved the way he came off his line and made himself as big as possible... missed us having a keeper like that.

You still want the keeper to finish the play, as I still remember Bartez vs West Ham in the FA cup 2001. Bartez stopped because he though Di Canio was offside, di Canio scored and United got knocked out that year.

I always thought he was being cute and trying to con DiCanio rather than just stopping .

that's exactly what de gea does.

this wasn't exactly a game to decide our future keeper.

yes, and in the ensuing media hysteria you'd think west ham were some plucky non-league side, not a premier league club. It was ridiculous.
