If we went with Ole DoF job becomes crucial to identify players and sort transfers.

2 high quality players would make a huge difference this window.

He was prepared to trust Dalot which is a good sign.

it's ridiculous isn't it?

in the short space of a few weeks we've gone from being despondent, feeling like every game is a chore, to wondering who can actually stop us.

he just comes across as a nice humble man. maybe that's what these players need. just a nice guy to get them onside and get the best out of them. we've tried going down the alpha male big ego balls out route with van gaal and mourinho to disastrous results.

but also a nice guy who can command respect. moyes was a nice guy but he couldn't do the latter.

I’ve changed my mind. Life’s too short; I’m now officially team Olé in...

Where do I sign, and what do we wear?

True but United could've been 2-0 up at HT, Sissoko might not have got injured and Lamela wouldn't have played the whole second half forcing Poch to change formation.

I like how you’re counting their chances missed and not ours.

It’s not just Solskjaer tbh; I like this group of young coaches we have and the fact that they’ll not be afraid to call on Fergie for advice. I think that set up has great potential. We lose all of that if we go with another manager.

I wouldn’t be unhappy with Poch, but if it’s going to cost us 50m just to get Levy to pick the phone up, we might be just as well off adding that to OGS’ transfer budget and let him buy 3 or 4 top quality players.

Anything’s going to be a risk. We’ve gone the dusty old name brand route and it was shit.

and probably would have been under certain other managers.

i recall we'd get a fair few results like that under fergie down the years. scrappy, narrow wins away at top sides.

Ok it could have been 8-3 ffs.

I was happy at HT. We had played to our plan well. That second half was a tough chore. Not sure how we got out with three points.

Overall, let's not get carried away. We have four months left of Ole's interim.
