Believe it or not they've never once drawn with or beaten Bulgaria

Yes they're minnows but it's a football country with a much larger population than Iceland, for example. A big problem they have is the Federation isn't interested in players in Luxembourg whose parents are from elsewhere. This means at least 33% of its current population and about errr 100% of its good footballers. Miralem Pjanic is a good example of someone who's Luxo born and bred but plays for another country because of what is, frankly, ingrained racism in the country's youth football.
