Have you forgot how tiring a 5 year old is in the house. I'd sign up for trials of a new guillotine if it got me out the house for an hour/ever. Wet running (fine stuff) possibly the greatest anyhow?

Had a walk yesterday, no heel issues.

Oof, walked across the road and although it didn't make me limp, i definately felt it.
