After Moyes didn't hire him: Joined Anzhi Makhachkala as a coach, promoted to manager...sacked after 2 weeks in charge. And then of course 2 months as manager of Fulham before being told to £#%&! off again. Now a 'consultant' at Philadelphia Union.

Other clubs he's worked at include:

NEC Nijmegen youth team, Qatar u18s, Al Ittihad, Al Sadd....and that's it.

Tbf, saf doesn't exactly come out of it that well either. Surrounding himself by poor quality yes men isn't a good recipe.

What a £#%&!ing piss-easy job him and mulensteen had. Turn up and put out the cones for a team which basically just used to play and win on auto pilot thanks to the veterans in the team.

Look at the £#%&!ing state of us since someone came in with drastically new tactics and formations, half the £#%&!ing plodding @#%&!s must think they're playing a different sport.
