Can't remember if it was here or the other place when they had an online poll to name one end of the stadium and we had the "Colin #@&%!" up at about 80%

Everyone voted. I don’t think he was even leading until it went viral on united forums. His vote went from 40 to 80% in a couple of days iirc.

Then when they tried to null and void it, Colin Bell's family came out and kicked up a fuss about it, saying something along the lines of 'he should be recognized and awarded for his contribution' or something along those lines.

to be fair, silva probably is one of their all time great players seeing as how they were a bunch of no marks before the '10s.

I thought that, I can hardly remember a class city player before they won the fortune, maybe Kinkladze or Rosler.

A lad I know has gone to Lisbon today. Thought they were getting to the semi and final. Daft £#%&!er will need to isolate for 14 days when he gets home

They will get it once they start building somewhat by legimate means (perhaps if the arabs decide to f*** off at some point for starter), as nobody will give a recognition to a cheat.

Didn't they name the training ground after Kommpany?

Some stonking assists tbf. Just look at that belter in the League Cup where he passed it 3 feet sideways for someone to have a shot from 20 yards

They’re always trying a little too hard to be something they’re not.

That PR stunt might be the phoniest thing I’ve ever seen.

“Right Dave, we know you don’t give a £#%&! about the 65 assists or where they happened, but if you could just do us a favour and pretend you do for 2 minutes, that’d be great. This is kind of the expression we’re looking for...cheers.”
