Heres an entirely predictable scenario that would be totally in keeping with how terrible the club is being run. The idiot directors will probably end up, sacking the manager sometime around December or just before, will then get some Half Baked caretaker in until the end of the season, before they inevitably give the job to Gareth Southgate after England, finish the Euros.

If he becomes manager, we might as well fold the club. |

when you're not in that frame of mind, you do make some very good posts, such as those hating the modern football fan which i really relate to and agree with. but five minutes later you're in the match thread fuming at every missed place pass like the world is ending. i know you don't want my advice but try not to be so immediately negative all the time. it's not as bad as you think, although maguire is. |

doomlords are essential or else it's some sort of happy clappy shit.
fair £#%&!s to the people complaining about giggs losing the ball all the time and ronaldo taking all the freekicks. my current favourite trope is 'marlo used to be ok, now he's a big wum' - marlo has always been this way. On football, he's not that wummy at all. He was saying ronaldo was shit for a year while apologists were calling him a wum and going on about 'which marlo has the login' and all that tired shit. My fear is we may lose ten hagg and end up with tuchel. I think we've made improvements under ten but the learning curve is not a straight line. It goes up fast then plateaus then dips before rising again. We're in the dip. |

tuchel is almost as unlikely as southgate
we should be happy i suppose that there are no realistic candidates to take over from 10h. although the idea he might be sacked this season is still unthinkable to me. and i dont see him walking away either, although he would be justified in doing so, as would ever manager we've had since 2005. |

Plus with Sparky I reckon it’s partly football anxiety. I suffer a bit too. I was convinced we were going to lose when we were the greatest evoh. It’s a process of expunging all your worst fears in the hope that the reality won’t be as bad. The trouble being that you have to defecate these bad thoughts in peoples £#%&!ing faces.

I can’t work ETH out.
Done some good Done some daft I think the jury should still be out on him. He’s not the biggest problem in our club of problems - Theatre of Problems - but that doesn’t mean he isn’t making mistakes too. I’ll be honest, I didn’t like the way DDG was booted out. Snide. Schnide. Schnide and a pancake. |

I expect us to lose to Liverpool at home, we’re 0-4 behind at half time. I expect us to lose to City in the cup final, we’re behind after 10 seconds. The human mind is simply not capable of preempting that much horror with simple doomlordery unfortunately, |
