Hopefully they all had a bloody good look in the mirror after Saturday and reflected on how they’ed let both themselves down and the fans.

I bloody hope so because if there’s one thing that makes me feel better about United’s performances, it’s the thought of the team having a bloody good look in the mirror at themselves after each heavy humiliating defeat.

but then all summer i was told I’m wrong and know nothing .

as i said in the summer let’s see where we are in January. Everything is documented.
I will be exposed as knowing nothing and talking rubbish as our “Brilliant summer window” and “the man for the job” should combine and see us doing so well right?
We've got half a team out injured/banished and our 2 best players from last season haven't got going yet to be fair marlo.

We're gonna get a big win soon and it'll kick-start the season. Mark my bloody words.

Could it be Bayern tonight? Probably not ... but soon ...

How exactly did you want him to handle it....?

He has a consistently underperforming player - and by underperforming, I mean I can't name a single notable game that he's made a difference in - slates him in a social media post because he's a @#%&! and won't say anything to his face. A player who by all accounts can't even be arsed to give 100% in training but then expect regular game time...

If that little rat was working in HMV and posted shit about his boss he'd be canned, but he doesn't work in HMV he works for one of the biggest sporting clubs in the world.

How come he hasn’t called out any other players for poor performances ?
These standards he keeps talking about why is he not expressing his frustrations against other players who are underperforming.

Sancho didn’t slate him on social media he just defended himself which he is more than entitle to do.

The excuses are rolling in….

Injuries is why wolves spurs Brighton etx have our played us.
That’s why they’ve looked fitter, tactically more astute and more purposeful in possession.

what a difference Antony would have made against Brighton
Or mount against arsenal.

Maybe it’s the ownership situation that is why we have been making the wrong in game subs since the back end of last season.
Maybe pogba is the reason we can’t make a good account of ourself away from home?

Gotcha!

Ten Hag had called out Sancho for not training properly, not for having a bad game.

Hth.

He didn't call out Sancho. A journalist asked a question and he gave an answer that wasn't even controversial. Said he hadn't trained well. Didn't say he was lazy, a trouble maker, a man baby or anything. It was Sancho's childish response that raised it to another level. Defending himself?

No, he's not. Not on £#%&!ing social media

This is what ole was talking about in that interview. You don't whine about the manager on SM. It's pathetic.

And you were calling Sancho out yourself for being shit recently, so what is this, contrary Marlo being contrary again?

And he's called out Martial before, dropped Rashford, binned Ronaldo and De Gea for not being good enough/toeing the line so your point about it only being Sancho is absolute nonsense.

Is it that great?

ETH, who is so unbelievably shit has a 3rd place finish plus a trophy in one year. But his life should be ended after 5 games with half a first team squad injured. How can you logically argue that if you work in the game?

As much as I hate to defend the porcelain toothed tosser, they were going up against a bunch of sport washing cheats in those times they finished 2nd.

i rate/hate Klopp just saying it's a bit early to be writing ETH off entirely based on incorrectly recycling rival managers' records tbh

I personally think 3rd was an anomaly. we didnt get 3rd because we were that good it because others were that bad.

a cup run of - villa(h) burnley(h) Charlton(h) Nottingham forest (h & a) and then Newcastle is as easy a cup run as you can get.
not meaning to discredit it but it wasn't that impressive.

I can logically argue because I cant point to any progress being made.
regardless of the ownership excuse, I don't see us playing better, I don't see any vast improvements to any players. all the criticisms of the ole/ragnick era are still valid.

we still don't press, we don't keep possession, we get over run constantly, we cant close out games. we've even got one more step down in the sense we cant even look half decent away from home.

even if you compare to last season. we don't score goals and that doesn't look to have changed....so what am I missing.
what Amazing work in ETH doing that I cant see.

If you can rustle up some definite points on how ETH has made us better and how his 400m has strengthened the squad. please share them.
no buzz words or warm nothing phrases.

ETH isn't consistent.

if he can lie and say we played well after the horrific performances he can avoid that question.

he handled it wrong its abit rich saying Sancho training up to the standard when his little pet 21 doesn't even play in games up the standard expected at the club.

most games his two big signings stink up the place and he has never gave them a public slating.

So, it took Klopp until his 4th season to do better than what Erik managed in his first season? Interesting. Very interesting.
