Not really, i'm not surprised either when you've got unhappy players around the place with an axe to grind who'll happily leak things to the press.

If there is a leak it’s Maguire btw. Nailed on.

We'll see what happens from here on but we've seen this play out 4 times before now and it follows the usual pattern:

Downturn in performances
the leaks start happening
the performances get worse
eventually the coach gets the boot

This was always going to be the case when the manger tried to move some players on who don't want to go and discipline those who don't meet his standards. We can only hope that Arnold and Murtaugh hold their nerve and back the manger. I won't hold my breath.

Think it was Sam Allardyce who said all managers are 6 games from the sack. We could have easily lost all 5 so far. If we lose 4 of the next 6 Erik will be gone. The pressure builds and even dithering United would act. Most think he's the right man, but it won't save him if he doesn't get results NOW. Ole had a knack of this. Hopefully Ten Men does too.

I wouldn’t have thought so - just don’t think they’ll be booting ten Hag at all this season. Reckon he has at least this and probably next season. Tenners can easily point to issues more or less outside his control disrupting the club - greenwood, Antony, the take over, inability to flog toxic players, our appalling injury list. The toxic issues he has had to deal with and are of more or less of his making he’s dealt with well - Ronaldo and sancho etc

Personally the sancho issue is ten hag problem he brought on himself

Sancho hasn’t beeen great at all but I’d be pretty pissed if a vastly inferior player plays every game regardless of if he plays well or not.
the right wing should be Antony’s, i can’t remember a good game ge has had and doesn’t even come with any pedigree.

In previous seasons Antony was in the Dutch league getting single digit goals and assists

Sancho in the 3 seasons before joining United was getting 35 goal and assist each season in a superior league.. (2 x 20+ assists seasons back to back)
His first season was a mess with ole and rangnick but ETH clearly has favourites and it’s a piss take.

Sancho starts and if he is playing “ok” is pulled off after 60 minutes everytime while that defensive winger does £#%&! all game after game.
Antony started more games than him last season yet sancho has better stats in the league.

The ETH apologists point Antony’s work rate. I’ve never seen saka, salah or mahrez judges on how they help out their full back.
Is martinelli judged on how he helps Ben white deal with rashford?

ETH clear favouritism is mismanagement on the squad and it’s clearly causing issues despite you guys thinking he can do no wrong.

He then calls out a player in a press conference, the same thing that most said mourinho should not have done.
Why not call out the 85m signing that is yet to have a good game if have a full back on toast in just ONE game?

I wouldn’t be suprised in pellistri is feels the same was as well.
Worth noting garnacho got similar goals and assists to Antony while only making half the appearances mostly as a sub. Yet only one man is giving a run of games despite not delivering a thing.

There’s also a short man in the team who performances have warranted him being dropped but ETH just plays his favourites despite them not earning that right

Don’t disagree with some of that. I don’t rate Antony from what I’ve seen so far - he’s too one dimensional and too ineffective. Hoijlund needs service and nothing I’ve seen so far from Antony suggests he will provide it. But, the big issue with sancho is that he’s been here longer and has consistently failed to provide a strong enough argument for his inclusion. Both are shit - sancho is a far more talented player than Antony - but Antony puts in at least twice the effort of sancho. So Sancho’s a lazy @#%&! who consistently fails to deliver and Antony works hard but is ineffective. You can easily see why the relationship with the least preferred goes to shit fairly quickly.

But regardless and pretty much in every scenario, the manager has to come out on top. Sancho’s becoming lingard without the beanz vids - it doesn’t get worse than that.

Antony has won us games, Barcelona, Everton, arsenal etc....

Sancho constantly provides nothing, can't beat a man, can't score, zero aggression, no desire, cowards out of through balls, tackles and his commitment levels are lower than a snakes tits.....

It's very simple, we're a better team with Antony starting..

We wouldn't miss Sancho if he never played again.

Does etc mean “that’s it”?

I think most of what 10h has done is mostly positive but I’d like to see him taking a few more risks. He often takes what appears to be the safe approach when we’ve needed something different. Whether that’s his lack of confidence in the players available is another issue but when you’re 2-0 down at home replacing a striker who looks like he might do something with a striker who never looks like he’ll do something isn’t going to win him any fans.

Antony has been disappointing in a few games but makes things happen, tracks back and never hides. Sancho does none of these things and spent 3 months off on paid leave, there's no comparison.

Sancho just hasn’t worked out here , we are talking about a player who was getting
Those stats don’t lie and were put up in a respectable league.

But a vdb fanboy is gonna tell me what makes a good player while supporting a player who is the epitomy nothing.
the nerve of you coming in here with your stupid opinions, very brave

winger isn’t there track back and makes nothing happen as his stats rightfully point towards.

He is afforded the ball all game as an outlet and doesn’t nothing with it. Actually and cut in and shoot.

The fact sancho doesn’t get a look in is a pisstake as sancho should rightfully be pissed off, as should pellistri.
Putting him behind a industrious waste of a right winger.

ETH double standards is the issue here.

in the important measures - the basic shape of the team or the tactical instructions to players (particularly the full-backs) - he is in no way taking the safe option. the safe option would be to make us hard to beat by playing a solid midfield and having the fullbacks actually £#%&!ing mark their wingers. some people would call it common sense, rather than the safe option, but still.....

Im more referring to the times when we need to take a gamble and he more often than not doesn’t. Last season there were plenty of games when we needed something different and he’d make like for like changes where he could have been a bit more risky.
