Looks like I've cooked up a hot potato. Just in time for Bonfire Night.

Opened up a can of bees in a hornets nests too.

What more can he do?

Banging them in BIG TIME sausage side. I can't think of anyone better right now.

Gentle reminder there were people who said they didn’t want us to sign him in the summer.

Has to be up there. What a player.

The Utd of old would have had him and Rice by now.

Name and shame, who the £#%&! is that dim?

TBF though it would have been a waste in our set up.

I've watched pretty much every bayern game this season and despite their little flaws at the back, my word they are something else going forward.

Kane has transformed them, his all round play is on another level. You've got Sane and Coman either side of him with Musiala behind, they are absolutely deadly carving teams up right now.

He’s playing in a much better side than us… your point is moot.

So he wouldn’t have massively improved us?

Not unless we found a way of getting the ball to him. You need a cake before you can put the icing on.

And Bellingham.

Agree that Kane is the best player in the world on current form. The complete player, and has the goals to match.

England clear favourites for the Euros. Next summer will be unbearable.

I drew the line at including Bellingham. TBF there were always stars too big even for us once Barca or Real came calling.

But that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t have tried harder to sign him. Your point is moot.

Not English ones during our pomp.

That version of United would have bagged Bellingham from Birmingham City.

Maybe at that point. Still, we didn’t get everyone we wanted. Point remains though not one of them even close to coming.

No wonder we are mid table, the really good players have better options now, and to top it off we still a have to pay stupid money for the second rate players…

10+ years of ineptitude and no proper hierarchy, plan to actually win things or DoF.

Getting some decent service to Hojlund would improve us big time. We'd have ruined this guy.

Yeah, Kane famously struggled to score goals in poor sides, didn't he.

Every player in our squad would have improved by a decent percent by now if Kane had signed. Instead we had the opposite effect as players saw Mount et al walk through the door and thought £#%&! it.

Kane is the best all-round centre forward in the world. He would improve any team he played in.

Hojlund is a great prospect and isn’t getting the service, but he’s obviously not at Kane’s level and he shouldn’t be expected to be.
