Default Chocolate 2022

What do you do for your chocolate fix these days?

I was always partial to bit of Cadbury whole not or Caramel but now that that's been mainly ruined by capitalism I'm a bit more of a Lindor fan. Not that I eat so much these days.

For some reason, I reckon easter egg chocolate (Cadbury's) tastes better than when it is in bar form, even though it's the exact same thing

You're not alone. Although it probably is different now because the yanks have set about systematically f***ing up just about everything Cadburys make

Bar of Lindt, or maybe a box of Ferraro Rocher’s - a glass of Prosecco - candles lit and the bubble bath ready.

You just can’t beat it.

Dark chocolate. 70% minimum. Any chocolate from the fridge is just wrong IMHO.

People who put chocolate in the fridge probably put ketchup in there as well. Absolute wrong’uns.

Have had genuine blazing rows with the Mrs over ketchup in the fridge. Slept on the sofa once because I was so enraged due to the fact I’d bought myself a small bottle to keep in the cupboard while she kept the big one in the fridge, only to learn she’d found the small one and moved it to the fridge as well. Still makes me seethe.

What makes me angry is you not starting a thread on this emotive issue.

That won’t help your toothache.

They've probably been out for ages in the UK, but peanut butter chunky kit kats have just arrived in Sweden... From the fridge I'm guzzling them most days 🙄

I love cold chocolate from the fridge, I like a crunch to it. Even better if it has a chewy centre. It’s a bit of a challenge used to love a mars bar from the freezer as a kid.

However, room temperature chocolate is somehow much tastier.

So, dunno. Either will do
