Having steak tonight and planning on making my own chimichurri sauce. You just chop it all up and lob it together and that’s it. Any tips to make it clap? I want it tangy as all get out.

Can recommend fish finger wraps as a lockdown staple too. Loads of carrot, loads of sweet chilli. Cabbage if you’ve got it. Well nice.

If anyone fancies shouting some ways with Birdseye potato waffles, I’m all ears.

Better to blitz it in the blender, loads f fresh chilli

Having a play with the air fryer I bought a week ago. Did crispy tofu last night which was very good. Expect the novelty to wear off pretty quickly...

Make it 2hrs in advance & add lemon juice right before you serve. Hopefully you’ve got fresh parsley, coriander & oregano & a dried chilli. It’s always about the quality of the ingredients, use the best olive oil you have.

Done all the fresh shit already and got it in the fridge. Waiting to put the oil and wine vinegar in last min. Will lob lemon and oregano in an’all. Ruddy excited, don’t mind telling you. Shame the steak is from Tesco and not even the posh range but that’s what you get in this lockdown life.
