Be perfect for PSG in their attempts to finally win the CL whilst Barca and Chelsea would be bolstered in fighting for their respective league titles. I love lewa, my wife’s family is Polish and he’s effectively a god.
Anyone thinking we should sign him while we still have Ronnie here is bonkers though, it’d be terrible. We can just about carry one aged, static Centre Forward. We absolutely can’t carry 2 no matter who they are and Lewa won’t be able to pick and choose his runs here like he can at a Bayern Team dominating the ball every week. We gonna play 442 with him and Ronaldo up front? Clearly not - and the moment one of them is ‘dropped’ the press is all over Ten Hag. It’d be beyond stupid, exactly the kind of thing Woodward would have done. Hopefully the new guys have some more sense. |
