Default I'm a little worried......

If moyes isn't starting until July 1st then we go to Asia/oz.
When the £#%&! do we sign any players? Doesn't give us much time tbh.

July is obviously the formal date - all sorts will be going on before

I honestly don't think we'll see a lot of transfer activity this summer. Two out, two in.

SAF and Moyes will be constantly discussing transfer targets.

I don't see any disruption really, Gotze has signed for Bayern and Guardiola ain't there yet lots off stuff goes on beyond the surface.

I mentioned this on another thread. Surely once the final game is done, he's got to start work on us?

What happens with Phelan and Rene? Personally I'd like them to continue now is not the time for more change but will they work with Moyes etc?

Chief scout is retiring too (Fergie's brother). Who's getting the job to replace him and what's his relationship like with Mendez?

So many worries, it's all new

do you really think managers phone other managers then sit down with the players and negotiate the contracts?

its all done between agents and chairmen

SAF has already told them the games up, consoling shorts after the team meeting and told everyone the coaching staff 'might' lose their jobs at the staff meeting.

What I mean is, I imagine SAF will do the "SAF" role with any current transfer targets (if Moyes is in agreement) until he arrives.

Suspect June will be full of ins and outs, as a new manager he will need 100% focus on training and preseason matches in july....

You'd hope we'd get in one or 2 signings by late may. Say whatever you like about Gill but he did work quite fast most of the time. Only real 'saga' was the Berbatov nonsense and thats only due to Levy being a stain on humanity.

Yep.

But why change a winning setup? Just feel now's not the time to change things and hope Moyes continues with them.

Same with Eric Steele too, done a £#%&!ing fantastic job the last couple of years.

Agreed. I honestly can't see much changing in any aspect of the staff, playing or coaching. Next summer is going to be the one.

maybe we won't sign many? if any?

wouldn't seem a good idea to be brining in players when he's not worked out or had time to suss out who is in and who is out?

ooooooor maybe he's got the everton lads he wants already on the fast-track?

in other words - i've not got a £#%&!ing clue.
