Going to be pretty tricky to pick holes in that.

Need to keep it steady, not lose and avoid injuries/red cards.

Good solid combo on chips, peas and buttered white bread for the Brexit voters and the tasty looking tofu and boiled bollock for the more sophisticated palates on here.

Chapeau pal, going to be some nervous Fredsters wondering how to respond to that opening post. Well done. 9.5/10 - only dropped a half a point for the doubt on the can. BB says Pepsi Max - I'm not convinced although I respect Bunk's soft drinks knowledge.

Those aren't mushy peas....

They are 'homemade' mushy peas, vegan butter, mint, salt and pepper. Didn't want the full puree effect.

Making your own chips is a piece of piss. Chop up a couple of spuds, season, pour on olive oil, bung in the oven with a couple of bits of garlic. roast till they're done

Just made a cannellini bean, onion, yellow bell pepper, garlic, thyme, baby spinach and cream thing, chucked a left over bit of mascarpone in there too, and roasted a load of baby tomatoes in olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano and chilli then chucked them on it. It was devine took about 20 minutes all in too

Got some left, might knock up a steak or chicken breast to go with it tomorrow.

Man I miss my industrial fryer so much ....

Got covered in plaster / dust when we had the kitchen done, currently in a little single fry...
