It did get a bit squeaky bum when some of them lost 75% of their value and you’d check in the morning and there were 10% dips day on day.

Best thing is not get too excited about the hikes and not too worried about the dips.

Just need to remember to take some profit this time

I’ve mentioned before the friend who had an account with over £200k this time last year spread between a lot of these coins.

Having seen how difficult spread betting/day trading can be in equities I couldn’t get my head round crypto being much more than a greater fool concept, at least with the more obscure listings.

I haven’t chatted to him for a while but I’m hoping he managed to at least take some profits on the way up.

It’s been a tough few days… I was holding about 30 Luna at £76 last week - worth 68p earlier

Bought in low so I never ‘owned’ that money. Bottom has to be in soon and a few shitcoins wont make it. Going to stick to the big boys moving forward.

I see they've said to customers that they're not going bankrupt "but...if we do your money is f***ed because we'll be using it pay our debts".

I also heard one of these stablecoin founders talking about how he had secured funds to keep the company afloat. US$700 million. In Bitcoin. . yeah, that'll maybe get you to the end of the week

As soon as these companies started advertising at the Super Bowl, the game was clear.

Not sure crypto works in a world where there is an opportunity cost tbh
