i'm just cutting down to once a week to try and shift some timber.
Was drinking too much in early lockdown, was bored of it and woke up with a rotten hangover on the Monday after the Leicester game and decided it wasnít worth it and decided to have a month off. Not felt like drinking since.

Got a bit of a work jolly thing, running an international swimming meet in early Feb for Olympic qualifiers. Locked in a bubble in a hotel for 4 days, all expenses paid.. boredom + opportunity x temptation = likely fall from wagon...

Has it been easier to shift the weight?

Would love to give it up even for a month. The problem is I rely on it to much to relax. Also at the moment there is f*** all else to do.

Yeah, was flying up until December. The dark days, miserable as f*** weather and whatnot have led to an awful relaxation of eating habits and injury has led to exercise reducing to almost zero, though, so struggling a bit at the minute.

Injury diagnosed though, exercises being undertaken and it was daylight when I walked out of work at 4.30pm.. the bad times are nearly behind us

Is that volunteer work for MAC?

Can you get me the keys for half an hour? Everyday I fantasise about it reopening....
