Recommend some good TV: 2021

Just coming to the end of the crown. Decent enough, bit flimsy but (first couple of series especially) well made TV.

Thinking of doing the morning show next. Heard good things. Anyone seen it?

Saw the first couple of episodes, didn't grab me.

Just got Apple TV free trial so might revisit it.

Nowt really on, is there? Surely COVID has bollixed things up for 2021?

Absolute shite IRL and shite as shite as a TV show IMO

Much prefer tales of derring do from viking royalty than the bullshit rebranding Pr of german families and aristocrats

Finished the 👑. Might go back to the gambit thing. Did one episode but didn't grab me tbh.

Started Goliath last night and four episodes in and hooked. Never really took to BBT before but he's brilliant in this.

First two seasons are very good.
S3 went a bit mental. I found it unwatchable and binned it after one episode.

I enjoyed it all tbf but then again my favorite program of all time is The Hills

Revisiting Spongebob Squarepants.

He lives in a pineapple under the sea which may not be as gritty as The Wire but it's in the same ballpark.

Get on it.

Watched the first 2 eps of Upload last night, the new thing by Greg Daniels.

The computer afterlife idea has been done before (and better...) by Black Mirror in San Junipero, but its just warming up. Some busters too. Its on Amazon Prime for anyone interested.

Anyone bothered with The Stand?
