got a massive delivery from the local butchers yesterday to go in the chest freezer in the garage. had mint lamb kebab and burgers out of it today and they were amazing

I'm going to call mine a 9.97 out of 10 today.

3kg free range chicken.

Stock made from neck and giblets.

Stuffing made from homemade breadcrumbs, sage and local butchers sausages.

Locally bought veg box.

Was exceptional tbf.

Belly pork marinated overnight in a Memphis sauce with a salted crust crackling.

Slow cooked on the bbq for a couple of hours served with rice and a coronation coleslaw.
