Broccoli or sugarsnap, asparagus, pea...and kale, lettuce, cucumber, spring f***ING onyion etc...

Green veg, leather in whatever, cheese is great...

Lightly steam, go mad.

Green veg = King o Veg

Wrong. Ideally proper mushy, but there’s nothing wrong with peas with a roast.

What type of steak, what veg and what sauce? (from powder or already made up)

I find if I fry onions i need no sauce. Caramalised onions are incredible with steak.

Also will you dare rest the steak?

Same here, no Paxo though. Going to try homemade....beach walk first and a late one so I don't die of alcohol poisoning.
