Yes but look how much i had... Tea spoon is ok. Probably about 6 carbs. ( im allowed 20 and there is zero in the steak & eggs )

my ketchup is the 50% reduced sugar one ( tastes 90% as good as the normal one )

My uncles brother lives and works on a chicken farm and used to have c20 eggs a week. Had a heart attack mid forties and the Dr said was probably that. Isn't the yolk full of saturated fat? Love eggs though tbh. They make it to the desert island.

Old myth. Eggs are great. Saturated fat is not an issue unless you combine it with sugar/carbs.

Like rabbit really. Quite dark but not as gamey as pigeon or pheasant. If I didn't have a ready supply I wouldn't bother but I don't like to waste it.

I mean, the pics better, but 6 OXO cubes! That's two cubes of salt!

Added water to it. The oxo's are the gravy.

1kg of frozen broccoli in that bowl. It shrunk right down while simmering.

It tasted great.

Looks like broccolli you chucked out two weeks ago and the bin men never picked it up - in the height of Summer.

I took the picture near the window for natural light but its really dull today with sunny patches.

I cooked the broccoli in the "stew" so that's why it's all higgledy-piggledy, rather than side by side.

I would devour that if I didn't know you'd cooked it
