Could be a game changer. I'd recommend he fries his eggs on a much lower temperature as well, cooking in butter means it'll burn / turn brown if you have it up too high. The lad needs to use a separate pan & start them a little earlier, or just use sesame oil which I just Google'd & now know is keto friendly & has a far higher burning point than butter. Probably less likely to clog arteries as well.

I left the bag in as i used a touch too much milk. As soon as i saw the picture, i knew i'd get remarks due to the mug saying "coffee" all around it.

I use butter because seed oils give you cancer plus it's just better. You are correct though, the butter goes black once the steaks cooked. Saturated fats dont clog unless combined with carbs. It was all fake news by big sugar ( look into it, im serious...im always serious, people think im wumming im not ! )

I'm unhappy with todays forecast, it's dull as f***. I'll give it another hour but then i can't wait much longer than that to eat.

No that's scrambled eggs but i wash doing the pots and forgot to stir to it went into an omelette in the pan so i quickly mashed it up and saved it.

Ran out of cheese, so used cheese slices. Wouldn't recommend doing that.

Poops gone missing again, he should get on this thread. He used to post lots of tea pics.
