But excess protein is turned into glucose so you end up out of keto.

Yes i've heard that but it's never happened to me. I think because i eat once i get away with it. Same thing with Carnivore, they use that stat to warn people off it but it doesn't seem to happen if you eat meat only.

I like it, will do it forever. Carbs/sugar make me feel like shit. Had a lot of joint issues since hitting 30 and so heard good things about anti inflammation diets and this seems to work for me. Weight loss is a bonus but i still eat the same amount of cals as you, just all in one meal.

Also it's fixed my arse. I used to have photo-finishes often but now i'm a once a dayer

Im also a conspiracy nutter, so i think the evil world gov are keeping the population dumb & sick via processed foods.

wait until you find out what they inject into meat and eggs...

i like the look of the plant-based diet, but i can't be arsed to try it

i agree with you about carbs and sugar. i think i've got a sensitivity to carbs and have had one of those intolerance tests done. i'm going to be gutted if it comes back all clear and tells me i only have myself to blame for being a fat, gluttenous bastard.

Go full carnivore for a week. It will reset you and make sticking to keto easy.

Oh shut up, i even pour the gravy on the side like the tv shows. I tried do similar on the mash but there was too much gravy so it just pooled.
