Yes you can do 2 meals a day but eat them both within 4hours of each other.

Anyone ever tried the breakfast, dinner, tea diet...

You eat three meals spread out through the day, can drop a meal here and there if busy...

Sounds look balls to me tbh.

Go and look at the healthiest, fittest people in the world, and I guarantee none of them are eating their entire days food in one go ffs

He says “I could eat once a day, I could do it, it’s no problem” not that he eats once a day as his normal diet

'Fasting'? Why? Diet? Is it a religious thing? Fasting can't do you any good. Just eat normally. Each to their own. I'm sure I'm missing something but seems weird. I've just had a doner on naan. Lovely it was #cans

@ Scar.

What's wrong with a small bowl of shredded wheat or whatever in the morning, wholemeal wrap with tuna for dinner and then steak and green beans for tea*

*Substitute for whatever healthy shit you want.

What benefit does eating like this give you?

What time do you have tea? I often eat around eight. I used to like a big breakfast then not too much at lunch and then a big meal at around six.
