I buy a pork shoulder joint and cut that into matchbox sized chunks, maybe a little larger and cook it for much longer it gives a very tender meat in a sticky sauce.

Never been a fan of rice in my 30 years of twice weekly curry eating.

And you're right about the carbs; naan aside the amount sugar in a CTM is horrific.

Tastes amazing though.

Korma, special rice of whatever the indian version of special fried rice is, chips and naan.

It was very good - lots of fried onions definitely make a difference. Did a yellow split pea dhal as well.

Made her stuffed parathas on Monday they were really good. Lots of nice recipes on her channel.
