Well i cant have bread, so i've not had cheese on toast in ages. I shall try it over xmas.

( i get the sugar free/reduced ketchup, its pretty good )

Tell your mrs colmans mustards fine. No sugar in that.

Mixed witht he ketchup it kinda makes it like normal one. ( plus mayo is ok if its full fat )
