The collection of clowns who line up when I try to give something away on Facebook/freecycle type groups. Want rid of my sofa. The ad includes the dimensions and photos, says it's large and will need a lorry. Pick-up only, I'm not delivering.

I get the following messages:

'Can you deliver please' (x 3)

'Is it too big?' - how do I know? How big is your living room ffs?

'Will it fit in my car?'

Gave up in the end.

"Will it be the right size for my child?"

How the f*** am I supposed to know. If your kid's built like Harvey then probably not, but if it's a normal sized child between the ages of 4-6 and then it should be fine.

When I left Aberdeen I was trying to give away a top class sofa for free to charity.

“Noooooooo - we can’t accept that”

“Slight stain on the armrest”

FFS - I’m sure a needy family would have been happy for it and just given it a better clean than me ffs.
