He’s been disappointing isn’t he 2 games so far, nqat, looked good when I’ve seen him for Lille though, still very young. Worth a punt imo.

Doesn't look great. Gakpo would be better if converted into no.9, then you have the more ambitious targets out there like Nkunku, Feliz, and Osimhen who are all much better.

They're both very capable as playing as false nines.

People need to think more flexibly in terms of how a front line operates. Ten Hag had lots of games at Ajax where Tadic played as a false nine, and he (and the team) scored plenty. Should also note that Rashford isnt really a striker either but he's still played him down the middle.

Gapko a much better investment

Nkunkers bags a goal every 120 min or so while also being excellent on the press. Pretty good for a striker who is not a striker.

Probably because his options were limited in both situations. Heller is a number 9, for instance.

Probably because there is an actual striker playing as focal point and taking the kicks and making the runs to allow him the space to get his goals.

Happy to take a punt on one of them, and Gapko looks the better of the two. Something about his touch and control that gives me hope. Like Martial but not made of paper.

Top bracket can come in the summer. Even if Gapko ends up of the left, he's a great addition. Can be back up to Garnachers

Nope, used it in the Champions League in some big games when he had Huntelaar on the bench.

The point is Felix would be immense for us if he played in a front three with Rashford/Antony/Garnacho/Martial/Sancho. Would need to stop going to the floor so often, but he'd bag loads for us.
