Default Buying a car question

Man sees a car he likes. Pays for it yesterday but won’t receive car until this coming Tuesday. In 24 hours the man decides he doesn’t want said car. What are his legal rights for getting the money back?

This is a dealer of second hand cars. The man has had a change of mind.

Thanks for the input

Should have a cooling off period of 14 days, even on cars IIRC.

Edit: Maybe not. Might have to try and appeal to the better nature of the dealer. Concoct some hard luck story?

Is the seller bigger than you ?

If so, drive the car

If not, threaten to kick his fucking head in unless he gives you your money back

It’s somebody who wants me to go with them to negotiate a money back situation. Apparently I look threatening
