That video interview

It's as if it was filmed in a hospice by a dying patient rather than by a man in his 50s leaving his job.

Have some respect duckers, this event is sadder than any death , ever

My mum died when I was 17 but Klopp resigning from a well paid job has hit me a lot harder

A little bit of each of us has died today.

I may never laugh again. Certainly not as much.

Hopefully the tide is finally starting to turn. Klopp is the best manager in the world for me, he’s irreplaceable and the scousers will know that all too well!

Was the best footballing news I’ve heard in years, now come in United!!!!!!!!!!

It insults me when they constantly compare these modern day lot to Fergie.

27 years at the helm and he had to drag the club out of the doldrums of decades of mediocrity. And he didn't have an army of coaches and analysts behind him to help like now, he did it all himself on the ground, every day, from the youth team to the first team - he had his eye on the lot.

How dare any of this lot get compared to him.
