Default Old Trafford expansion?

Could go to 80,000 and then up to 88,000 according to A-Mitz:

Didn't the council demand contributions towards public transport if it were to be expanded again? Would love OT with 80k+

Would be a good opportunity to sort out the roof on all the stands especially the north stand as it's £#%&!ing shite and antiquated

This, Trafford Council said they'd refuse planning for further expansion unless United ponied up for significant transport link improvements.

I'd love for OT to look like a complete stadium rather than a hodge podge of stands again but I'll be surprised if we're willing to shell out the money, the Glazers are used to shafting local taxpayers to fund their American stadiums as an "asset to the local economy" after all.

maybe they'll threaten to move the franchise to somewhere that'll pay for a new stadium

Where are they putting this new disabled section if it's taking up 3000 seats?! Entire scoreboard end?
