Yeah, just the 15 goals and 14 assists in 36 starts since he went to Lyon tbf.

Love a stat murder on Fred.

Stats are good, but he started on the bench because outside of cutting in and shooting(which he does very well) he just doesn't offer enough.

Great player in a bad league or against mediocre opposition but his top level is limited.

What a belter.

Shame we only got just enough of them to give you a nagging doubt about letting him go.

Additional angles. Christ, he absolutely @#%&!s it.

He started on the bench because he’s been on his worst run of form since going over there, manager was sending a message. He responded. The lad is a match winner.

14 assists is pretty good for somebody who can only cut in and shoot, no?

Has nowhere the class or link up play of Martial.

Different level of player.

It's taken a flipping deflection.

Ralphie Milne would have been embarrassed with that.

Why is he putting his fingers in his ears and looking miserable after scoring a goal like that?

£#%&!ing hell, Ralph Milne would have managed that in the French League, so would Peter Barnes and Luke Chadwick.

It is an excellent record, but do you think he will succeed when he gets his next chance at a top club? He will get that chance, always going to score goals given how well he strikes the ball, but I don't see him as a player we will be despairing about losing in a couple of years.
