Default Zlatan

May not be popular this but he looks like a player in the last year of his career. He looks like that 34/35 yr old man that he is. Honeymoon period is over, he's missing chances that should be scored.

We need pace up top, he's too easy to play against. Main priority for January is a striker. Some may argue another CB but scoring is as much a problem now as keeping them out

He was only ever going to be a 'bridging' signing and I think he's a pretty good one accepting he's at the end of his career.

2016 Rooney on the other hand is enraging me in a way that only Ralph Milne has managed previously.

Makes you wonder if his relationship with Mourinho, and the fact that he probably had to be persuaded to come, has made him undroppable. No one's place should ever be guaranteed.

He certainly hasn't been good recently, got to be taking those chances.

Don't think the way we're using him helps either. Why sign him and basically use him as a target man?!

His chance when put clean through on goal by the opposition against Watford sums up his limitations.

United thrive with dynamic attackers rather than slugs - we saw the benefit when we replaced a lethargic Ruud with Saha

I've never seen him as particularly good with his head so i've no idea why we keep slinging crosses at him like he's Miroslav klose or something.

He could certainly do with someone being closer to him who he can link up with because he's standing on his own in the 18 yard box being marked by 3 players.

I wouldn't say main priority in January as we have Rashford or Martial who can play up front with pace.
I have no issue with the signing of Ibra but he shouldn't be playing in every game

A shame but he's well past hacking it in the PL, the old @#%&!.

With the money Utd have been pissing about the last few years they should have thrown some of it at Atletico for Griezmann, the young @#%&!

He's had one disappointing game (vs Stoke) where he missed some decent chances, but other than that not sure why a player who's played less than 15 games for United is being picked out rather than players further back that continue to disappoint, and have done for various managers.

what about the chances he missed against Citeh, Watford, Dippers and today....you would be going mental if it was Rooney that had missed them

Love him but he'll never be what he was obviously. Thought he'd be a talisman but that's not working. Was £#%&! tonight

That's the problem. I know he's missed a few chances but he's dynamite in the air and we play no natural wingers to give him service

I'd be amazed he got into the box and had a go tbf. Lets not pretend that Rooney is an example to the club these days, because he's not missed when he doesn't play.

Zlatan had one half chance vs the Scousers btw. The City game that his goal got us back into the game.

How about we get the team defending properly first and then highlight missed half chances.

he was, that's why zlatan's in the side ahead of him - 2 in 30 or something iirc...

is jose good enough to leave the pair of them out, that's the question.

it wasn't a half chance you tit he should have buried it

his miss against Citeh went under the radar because he scored a very good goal, but his miss was shocking and typical of his poor finishing since
