Agree. It's awful but we're desperate for a focal point up front. Thankfully ETH has already come out and said Rasmund will be the main man with Martial as back up.

Forest will defend deep in numbers, having the extra player who can actually make a pass forward in Eriksen probably why he has gone with him.

There’s probably a combination of The Scottish Player soon to be sold and Eriksen a passing ability against a team that will look to defend.

Agree with him not being able to last the 90 mins, hopefully the game is sewn up by then.

allowing for one of the fullbacks having to play left back, there is really no excuse for that team not performing. it's not as if any of them hasn't played in the position he's been picked and with the surrounding players.

I still think we lack young legs in midfield, but whevs. that's a squad issue.

we've got attacking options on the bench, too.

Best we have available currently. Should win easily if they can be bothered.

Bruno, Casemiro & Eriksen absolutely bossed the last game against them, would expect to see more of the same and hopefully Martial can do something up top.

Depends on ten hags mindset. He could be stubborn and continue his slightly newer way of playing where the full back tucks into CM. We will have a rocky few games before we manage to get it right.

I think he will revert a bit more back to what we saw last season as Eriksen doesn’t have the legs to play a higher energetic role where he runs from CM regularly into the final third

The truth of it is we don’t have any real options in CM. The only other realistic option is to play The Scottish Player and he is just not good enough. Maybe he could have started mejbri but he obviously doesn’t trust him to have the ability.

His hands are tied, partly his own fault for going after mount first before the CM signing. ( though I don’t doubt recruitment probably blew smoke up his arse and said “yes, Dw we will make sales and get you that CM too”).

Would want to see a good dominating performance. Big game for senior players, Bruno , Casemiro , Eriksen, rashford , martial and even dalot .

interesting to see how the players react to 10hs comments on greenwood in the pre-match press conference, i think they're probably as gutted as 10h is tbh, losing your best player forever can't be easy
