No, I can’t see Martial going anywhere.

The forum doesn’t like him, but there’s no suggestion Ole doesn’t. If Rashford misses the first two months, he’ll be needed too.

We struggled for options in forward positions all last season and have added 1 player. Selling one makes no sense. We should be buying another wide forward, really, as James is neither use nor ornament.

Could always offer PSG Pogba and Martial for Mbappe..

They look like they’re going to have to cash in on Mbappe as he’s only got a year left, Madrid are trying to raise funds to do a deal. Pretty sure Verratti signed a new deal not so long ago.

United have £#%&!ed themselves with wages. Clubs like chelsea and Liverpool sell absolute nobodies for 15-20m a pop while we can’t shift international players

pogba and martial are actually pretty good options, particularly with rashford injured. both more than capable of world class performances. if we are losing either or both, we had better get someone pretty £#%&!ing spectacular in return and not just an improvement to the net spend.

de gea remains a better keeper than henderson, too.

Martial should go, but the problem is nobody is going to pay anything significant for him, which then means we can't get a quality replacement.

As a squad option I guess he would be okay. Can't be a starter though.

If we put Martial up for sale there would be plenty of interest. Fee will depend on his contract? How long left does he have?

It’s not just about transfer fees. Getting these players off the wage bill and stopping the squad from becoming bloated has got to play its part.
